Hi, I'm Thanmaya
I make things with my hands, mostly in bright colours. It started with a set of acrylics and a very patient sketchbook, and somewhere along the way a crochet hook joined in.
Painting is where I go loud: thick strokes, warm skies, flowers that refuse to sit still. Crochet is the slow, quiet opposite, counting stitches until a shapeless bit of yarn turns into a bunny with a face. Drawing sits somewhere in the middle.
Everything in the shop is made by me, one piece at a time, so nothing is ever repeated exactly. If you would like something made specially for you, a portrait, a colour that matches your room, a toy for a new baby, I would love to hear about it.
